CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ADDITIONAL CLASS OFFERINGS:
Ballroom - A very practical course offering a variety of social dances.
Adult/Teen Ballet - Class structure is based on traditional Ballet technique and adjusts to the abilities and skill levels of those currently enrolled.
Composition - Covers principles of choreography (dance making).
Conditioning for Dancers - Increases performance readiness through circuit training, strength exercises and core ball work.
Pilates Based Exercise - A unique “anti-exercise” that helps flexibility. Great for dancers & new moms.
Stretch & Flex - A morning workout using breath-work, isometric exercises and stretching for all ages. Class is held Monday & Thursday 10-1 1 am, $2/class.
