PRODUCTION RENTALS
Van Dyke & Co. offers set pieces, costumes and props for rent to other dance and theatrical companies. We store onsite hundreds of items from our numerous productions such as the Nutcracker, Dracula, Coppelia, Giselle, The Ugly Duckling, etc. To inquire about specific inventory or to make a viewing appointment contact our Artist Director, Joan E. RENTAL GUIDELINES:
Insurance Requirements: Renter must supply a certificate of insurance for all rented items equivalent to the replacement value of said items.
Shipping: Renter is responsible for all shipping arrangements and cost to and from Van Dyke & Co. storage facilities.
Cleaning Deposit: Will be assessed for all costume rentals in addition to the rental fee.
Misc.: Renter is responsible for all royalties, music licensing, labor and other production costs.
Approval of all rental requests is at the discretion of the Artistic Director.
